2. Scheduling & Appointments

  • Appointments may be scheduled online, by phone, or through email.
  • Appointment times are approximate and may vary based on prior service duration, traffic, weather or unforeseen circumstances.
  • We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments when necessary.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • Pricing is based on service type, home size, condition, and any add-on requests.
  • Final pricing may be adjusted after onsite inspection.
  • Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise stated.
  • We accept the payment methods listed on our website.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
  • Cancellations under 24 hours may result in a cancellation fee.
  • Repeat last-minute cancellations may require prepayment for future bookings.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are unsatisfied with any area we cleaned, please notify us within 24 hours and we will return to re-clean the area at no additional charge.
This guarantee does not apply to:

  • Pre-existing damage
  • Stains that are permanent or impossible to remove
  • Areas affected by wear, fading, or discoloration
  • Pet damage that has penetrated padding or flooring

6. Liability & Safety

  • We are not responsible for damage due to unstable furniture, improper installation, pre-existing conditions, or items that should reasonably be removed before cleaning.
  • Customers are responsible for securing fragile items and valuables prior to appointment.
  • Technicians may refuse service if they encounter unsafe or unsanitary conditions.

7. SMS Communication Consent

By providing your phone number, you agree that Neighborhood Hero Cleaning may contact you via SMS for service-related or promotional purposes, as outlined below.

A. Transactional SMS Consent

By checking the “Transactional Messages” box, you consent to receive messages related to your appointments, account notifications, service updates, reminders, confirmations and other necessary communication.
